Family Owned - Therapist Run

Fueled by a passion for helping and supporting children, Sea Change Therapy was founded by Katie Diamond, a school based Occupational Therapist born and raised in Torrance, CA. With the help of her husband Brad, brother Mike, and sister-in-law Julie, they began providing services to local school districts in 2015.

Katie graduated from the Occupational Therapy program at Cal State Dominguez Hills in 2011. Her vast knowledge in clinical and school settings has allowed her the perspective to mentor new graduates and work seamlessly with our local school districts.

Julie manages all financial and human resource matters at Sea Change Therapy. Her extensive knowledge in finance and human resources provides our employees with unmatched support. She is always available and happy to help with any questions and problems that may arise.

Mike Cotter

Mike CotterBusiness Development

Mike manages all aspects of marketing for Sea Change Therapy, including job fairs, website and social media management. He is also busy supporting the recruitment team, Kathleen and Erin. Mike’s professional background includes working for the fire department for 20 years.

Brad Diamond

Brad works on all aspects of the company’s financial, legal and corporate functions. Brad’s professional background includes working as a paralegal for a commercial real estate firm for over 18 years. His legal background and expertise ensures Sea Change Therapy runs smoothly “behind the scenes”.

Kathleen is a former special education administrator and teacher. Her background working in school districts has been a valuable asset when interviewing qualified candidates and supporting employees as they begin their careers.
